How Team-Building Works
When you describe a new process, SmartStaff automatically suggests a Team for it.
- For a writing job, it might suggest a
Content Creatorand aCreative Director. - For a data job, it might suggest a
Business Analystand aData Analyst.
You can always change the suggested team:
- Add an agent if you need an extra skill.
- Remove an agent if it isn't needed.
- Save a team you like to use it again for other processes.
