Keeping your account safe is very important. SmartStaff gives you tools to make sure your information stays secure.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
This is like having a second lock on your door. Even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to get in without your phone or another device. We highly recommend turning this on.
Managing Access
You can control who has access to what.
- Roles: Assign roles like "Admin" or "Member" to control what users can do.
- Permissions: You can set specific permissions for each Team, so it only sees the processes it is supposed to.
What a Team Can Reach
Access is not only about people. A Team is equipped with a set of tools, and each process can add one the Team does not have or take away one it inherited — so a Team allowed to send email does not mean every process it runs may send email. See Tools.
Secure Login
You can connect your Google or Microsoft account to log in easily and securely, without needing a separate password for SmartStaff.
