What you get: Build your agents and teams for nothing and run them ten times a month. Pro adds the part that compounds — your agents and teams remember what they learned. Runs are sold separately, so paying more is a choice about volume rather than about features.
The free plan has no checkout and needs no card. Pro starts with a trial and asks for a card at checkout. Run add-ons start immediately and ask for a card.

Buy allowance on its own, on any tier — free included. A seat buys access and memory; runs buy work. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like.
How billing works
These come from the same plan definitions the checkout uses, so this page cannot drift from what you are actually charged.
- Free plan, no card
- The free plan has no checkout at all. Create a process, send it a request and read the plan it comes back with, without entering payment details.
- 7 days free on paid plans
- Paid plans start with a trial. Checkout does ask for a card, and nothing is charged before the trial ends.
- Pro is billed per seat
- Each seat costs the same and adds its runs to one shared pool, so a colleague who runs little funds one who runs a lot. Prices are per seat, VAT excluded.
- Cancel whenever
- Billing settings open the Stripe portal, where you change the payment method, download invoices and cancel. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Euros and Czech crowns
- Prices show in euros, and in crowns when the site is in Czech. Enterprise is quoted per agreement rather than sold from this page.

Can I try SmartStaff before paying?
Yes. The Free plan has no checkout and needs no card. Every paid plan starts with a free trial, and that checkout does ask for a card — nothing is charged before the trial ends.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time in your billing settings; we charge the difference for the rest of the period.
How is the price calculated?
Pro is billed per seat and per billing period; the listed price is per seat, VAT excluded. Runs are pooled across the organization: your allowance is the number of seats times the runs each seat includes, plus any run add-on.
What happens when I reach my run allowance?
A run that has already started finishes. New runs are refused until the next period, or until you add a seat or a run add-on — nothing you built is touched, and creating agents, teams and processes stays free. A very long run counts as more than one: one run covers 250,000 tokens.
Do you offer refunds?
The terms do not promise a refund for a period you have already paid for: cancel and the subscription runs to the end of it. If something went wrong on our side, write to support@smartstaff.io and we will sort it out.
Do the MCP servers work on the free plan?
Yes, both directions and with no restriction: your agents can use MCP tools, and your teams and agents are reachable from ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor over MCP. Those runs draw on the same monthly allowance as runs started in the app.
