How Team-Building Works
When you start a new Project, SmartStaff automatically suggests a Team for you.
- For a writing task, it might suggest a
Content Writer
and aCreative Director
. - For a data task, it might suggest a
Business Analyst
and aData Processor
.
You can always change the suggested team:
- Add an Employee if you need an extra skill.
- Remove an Employee if they aren't needed.
- Save a team you like to use it again later.
