Learn how to assemble Teams of AI Employees.

A Team is a group of Employees who work together on your Projects. Just like a sports team, the right combination of players is the key to winning!

How Team-Building Works

When you start a new Project, SmartStaff automatically suggests a Team for you.

  • For a writing task, it might suggest a Content Writer and a Creative Director.
  • For a data task, it might suggest a Business Analyst and a Data Processor.

You can always change the suggested team:

  • Add an Employee if you need an extra skill.
  • Remove an Employee if they aren't needed.
  • Save a team you like to use it again later.

Why Are Teams Effective?

  • Different Skills: Each Employee brings a unique talent.
  • Collaboration: They chat and share ideas to create better results.
  • Quality Checks: They review each other's work to catch mistakes.
