Learn what Projects are and how they work in SmartStaff.
A Project is the official name for any task, mission, or assignment you give to your AI Employees.
What is a Project?
It's a way to tell your team what you need them to do. For example:
- 📝 Writing: "Write a short story about a friendly dragon."
- 🔍 Research: "Find three fun facts about the planet Mars."
- 📊 Analysis: "Look at this data and tell me which number is the biggest."
- 🎨 Creation: "Give me five ideas for a new YouTube video."
How Projects Work
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. You Describe the Project
You tell SmartStaff what you want in simple language.
2. A Team is Assigned
SmartStaff picks the right Employees for the job and forms a Team.
3. The Team Gets to Work
The Employees collaborate to complete the Project and deliver the results to you.
Making Your Projects Better
Your team will do its best, but you can help them by:
- Being specific about what you want.
- Giving them context about why you need it.
- Attaching files or data if they need it.
If the result isn't perfect, you can always ask for an Iteration (an improvement). You'll learn more about that later!
